Before you confirm
Check your travel dates, guest count, room type, inclusions, total price, taxes and service charges in your booking offer. Your selected rate’s payment and cancellation terms apply.
Payment, cancellation & refunds
An availability enquiry does not reserve a room. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a reservation confirmation and satisfy the payment or guarantee requirements stated in your offer.
Cancellation deadlines, deposits and refund eligibility vary by rate. Please obtain the terms in writing before paying. For an existing booking, contact the channel through which you booked or ask our reservations team for help.
Arrival & special arrangements
Confirm check-in and check-out times, extra guests, children’s arrangements, accessibility needs and transfer requests with our team before arrival. Extra services are subject to availability and may carry additional charges.
