Electricity Supply

The island occasionally experiences power outages from the local electricity provider. We have a backup generator to keep essential facilities running during these outages. Switching to generator power typically takes around one minute, during which electricity will be briefly unavailable. We return to the main power supply once it has been restored.

Please note that internet access may remain temporarily unavailable if an outage also affects our internet service provider, even while our backup generator is running.

Internet Connectivity

Our internet relies entirely on local telecommunications infrastructure and the government electricity supply. During power outages or network disruptions, the connection may become slow, unstable, or temporarily unavailable.

While we do our best to maintain a comfortable stay, these circumstances are beyond our control. If you require a super stable internet connection for remote work, online meetings, or other important activities, please take this into consideration before booking.

Tropical Surroundings

Sadi is designed to embrace its natural surroundings. Insects, geckos, and other small creatures may occasionally be seen around the property or in semi-outdoor areas. We recommend keeping your villa doors closed when not in use.

Tides & Beach Conditions

The coastal landscape changes with the tides. During low tide, the seabed becomes exposed, so the beach may not always be suitable for swimming.

Location & Accessibility

Sadi is located away from Bintan’s main resort area. Travel to the property takes time, and transportation should be arranged in advance.
